The high power of the heating cable (20 W/m at 230 V) allows it to quickly handle ice and snow on outdoor areas, stairs, and sidewalks at low outside temperatures, and it works perfectly indoors in underfloor heating systems and full heating systems. Using the DEVIbasic 20S (DSIG-20) cable, a powerful heating system can be created (up to 400 W/m²) for soil, sidewalks, stairs, or roads, melting ice and snow at low temperatures. The cable's design consists of a single-core heating cable with a solid copper braid shield, internal high-temperature insulation made of special Teflon, a heating element, and power supply cables with two wires for connecting the live phase or neutral wire and for grounding.
