FlameSelect provides nine reproducible flame levels, and auto-ignition in the knobs simplifies start-up. The central WOK burner up to 4 kW adds power for frying and large cookware, while the other burners cover everyday tasks. Thermoelectric protection shuts off the gas in case of flame failure, and the cast iron grates are dishwasher safe.
