The Tolsen 31025 telescopic lopper provides effective cutting of soft wood up to 25 mm in diameter. The hardened blades made of Mn65 tool steel (48-52 HRC) are black oxidized for wear resistance. The telescopic steel handles with powder coating are equipped with PVC handles with an anti-slip effect. The built-in damper absorbs shocks for comfortable work.
