Description

This 28cm wok pan can be used not only for cooking Chinese dishes, but also for frying, stewing, as a deep fryer and even as a steamer! It is made of forged aluminum, has a Xylan Plus 2 non-stick coating and a soft-touch handle, compatible with various hobs, such as halogen, glass-ceramic, gas, induction, electric. The thickness of the walls and bottom is 2.6 and 4mm, respectively. Important: to extend the service life of the pan, the manufacturer does not recommend washing it in the dishwasher.
