The 24cm Gemini Ravenna frying pan is made of aluminum using stamping method, which means that the thickness of the walls and the bottom is the same (2.5mm). The inner surface has a Xylan Plus 2 non-stick coating, so you can cook healthy food with or without oil. The handle has a soft-touch finish. It is not dishwasher safe. It is compatible with gas, electric, glass-ceramic, halogen and induction hobs.
